Job Purpose: The Senior Director - Marketing will take a leadership, planning and executional role over marketing for key GSM brands - including web, digital, traditional advertising, sponsorship agreements, events, social media, website and brand development.

Summary of Essential Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive omnichannel marketing campaigns for key GSM brands.
  • Monitor and report on the implementation and performance of marketing campaigns across all channels, including both paid and earned.
  • Manage external agency and internal resources to drive paid, owned and earned media strategies for key GSM brands.
  • Liase with brand managers and other marketing team members to strategize, plan and execute product and brand launches.
  • Liase with internal and external teams to implement best practices and growth strategies across high priority web and D2C properties including baits.com and the HuntStand Gear Store.
  • Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive strategy to maximize pro-staff, influencers and event sponsorship.
  • Manage, build and lead a high performance team of marketers.
