Description:
The Crimson Cup Coffee House manager is responsible for the overall
operations and related performance of an assigned coffee house unit. This position
recruits and trains baristas for each location and ensures an uplifting experience is
executed all of the time. This role must be familiar with all current Crimson Cup coffee
house procedures and must be knowledgeable and experienced in leading teams in a food / beverage establishment.


This leader is responsible for leading the coffee house team to meet and exceed all coffee house sales
metrics. Flexibility and an all-hands-on-deck approach are a must for this role. Working alongside cuppers in the coffee house is an expected leadership method for this position. They must live the company culture through leadership at all levels.

Qualifications:
 2+ years management experience in the food or beverage industry.
 Specialty coffee lover
 Self-motivated and Independent
 Outstanding communication skills working with team environments.
 Leadership management skills
 Approachable and timely with all forms of communication
 Achievement Oriented

Responsibilities:
 Knowledgeable about all coffee, tea and drink preparation and industry trends
 Direct team(s) in delivering outstanding customer service and in being
enthusiastic about specialty coffee & tea.
 Hire, Train, and coach coffee house staff to achieve outstanding customer service
and sales & profitability objectives.
 Develop and Direct sales plans using tactics to grow the business.
 Enforce and Improve systems and processes.
 Learn and supervise the functions of the business such as financial systems,
scheduling, ordering, maintain a budget, vendor relationships.
