Volpe Enterprises is hiring an Office Coordinator to join our team
Volpe Enterprises is a full-service design/build complete home remodeling company that has been in business since 1970. Compensation is paid bi-weekly and will be based on experience level.
Job Summary:The Office Coordinator is responsible for professionally answering and properly dispatching incoming phone calls. This role also involves managing the front desk and maintaining the showroom. The Office Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for Volpe.
Responsibilities:- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate department or individual.
- Provide clients with excellent customer service, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure that all calls are properly routed to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule appointments for clients and maintain appointment schedules for staff.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies by ordering and restocking as necessary, ensuring that the office is always equipped.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.
- Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
- Operates safely in all conditions.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Follows company policies and procedures.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of experience as an Office Coordinator or similar role with a focus on phone communication and client dispatch preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Google Suite and experience with phone systems and other office equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
