Senior Technical Program Manager

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will embed into the engineering department for group assessment to be responsible for the planning and execution process to take product and technical initiatives from intake through delivery.
In this role you will get to:
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to guide and monitor intake, evaluation, solutioning, and requirements gathering for engineering projects and initiatives
- Organize and maintain a long-term view of the software implementation program, and manage their impact on and contribution to the larger product and portfolio roadmaps
- Manage clear communication of status, progress, and risks with stakeholders and executives
- Coach engineering leads and product owners on building clear, predictable, executable plans, and adapting those plans throughout phases of discovery, research, and implementation
- Proactively track, highlight, and resolve the various risks, blockers, dependencies across multiple engineering teams
- Own the planning and tracking and reporting of larger (e.g. quarterly) planning cycles

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with program, project, and/or agile management in a technology organization
- Experience and track record of working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex, interrelated software projects at scale
- Mastery of communication and presentation skills, able to clearly and effectively distill complex status across the organization in consumable ways
- Strong organizational awareness, able to represent and reinforce process and strategic boundaries, while encouraging conversations and feedback to adjust those boundaries
- Deep experience in the Atlassian (JIRA, Confluence, etc) and Microsoft (Word, Excel, etc) ecosystem
Physical Requirements for this position
- Remote
- Up to 10% travel for off-site team meetings
- May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.
