Job Overview:

Pearl Consulting Group is in search of a highly qualified and driven Lead Technical Program Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in information technology security, experience in managing multiple programs and/or portfolios, and outstanding communication abilities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, operations, Service Desk, Global Service Delivery Teams, Hosting, Network, and communications or organizational change management (OCM), as well as executive leadership to ensure the successful development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of our security-focused products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various security programs and portfolios, ensuring alignment with the overarching strategy.
  • Define and articulate the program vision, strategy, and roadmap in accordance with the company's objectives and market needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to pinpoint opportunities for new programs and improvements to existing ones.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch new security products and features, including vulnerability management, IAM, GRCP, and more.
  • Communicate program updates, progress, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Monitor program performance utilizing detailed dashboards and analytics tools, gathering user feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Analyze program metrics and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions and optimize program performance.
  • Engage with customers to comprehend their challenges and requirements, translating them into actionable program features.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are central to the program development process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Significant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree, especially certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Product Manager (CPM), and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably within the IT security sector.
  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of security processes and methodologies.
  • Experience working in an agile environment with Scrum development teams.
  • Familiarity with program management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Aha).
  • Proficiency in using Smartsheet for project and program management tracking.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts such as vulnerability management, IAM, and GRCP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong grasp of people management.
