Job Scope:

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects within Trustwell. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive professional with excellent leadership and communication skills.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including task assignments, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
  • Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization and productivity.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular status reports, providing updates to stakeholders and recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions, capturing key insights and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment, motivating and empowering team members to achieve project goals and maximize their potential.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and project management methodologies, and apply them to enhance project delivery and overall organizational efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned


Skills/Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Project Management, or similar; highly desired. 
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects within scope, time, and budget constraints; required. 
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with the ability to tailor approaches based on project requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve project goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and implementing creative and practical solutions.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA)
  • Proficient in using Confluence and other collaboration platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.


Nice To Haves:

  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) are highly desirable.
