Job Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for the overall financial management of the company. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Strategy & Planning:

    • Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team.

  2. Financial Reporting:

    • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses to the board of directors and executive team.

  3. Risk Management:

    • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks affecting the organization.
    • Oversee internal controls, financial audits, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

  4. Investment Management:

    • Manage company investments and capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
    • Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities and strategies.

  5. Operational Efficiency:

    • Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
    • Implement best practices in financial management and operational processes.

  6. Investor Relations:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
    • Communicate the company's financial performance and strategy to stakeholders.

  7. Leadership & Team Management:

    • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
    • Provide mentorship and support to finance staff and other departments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Certifications: CPA or CMA designation is highly preferred.
  • Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial analysis.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Risk Management: Experience in managing financial risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, financial modeling tools).
