Job Summary:

The primary focus will be on creating the Bill of Materials, the Build Matrices, and processing ECOs in support of build activities. This role will be part of a passionate group of people who enjoy what they do and the products they create.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Structure complex BOM’s. 
  • Creating, managing and process Engineering Change Orders
  • Create build matrices and work closely with suppliers on material availability.
  • Contribute to Allocation management, manage security product requirements and oversee shipment notifications.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a large cross-functional team
  • Experience managing, organizing and maintaining large quantities of data
  • Critical thinking with detailed accuracy
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to react to re-sets and changes in a time-sensitive environment
  • Combination of organizational and detail-oriented skills when working on multiple projects
  • Monitor material requirements to support builds
  • Experience working with overseas vendors preferred
  • Ability to influence, effectively communicate and drive deadlines with vendors (either CM or part vendors)
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Agile and SAP
  • Understand configuration management
  • Understanding of complex BOMs (preferably for hardware products)

 

Education & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or 3+ years of industry experience
