Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineering Project Manager who is passionate about developing innovative and impactful features that captivate millions of users. If you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy tackling complex challenges while collaborating with various teams across Apple, this role is for you.
In this position, you will collaborate with software engineers and managers from our Software Engineering division to:
- Define, schedule, and monitor the team's initiatives.
- Coordinate multi-functional projects, ensuring alignment across Software, Hardware, and Design teams.
- Drive the advancement of cutting-edge Camera and Photos technology across all operating systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Quick adaptability to new technologies.
- Extensive experience managing complex, multi-functional software projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust style for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated success in defining and executing processes.
- Self-driven and enthusiastic, showcasing creative and analytical thinking.
- A mindset of intellectual curiosity.
- Previous experience as a technical software Project or Program Manager.
- Strong technical knowledge of operating systems and the interconnections within the software stack.
Compensation and Benefits
At Apple, base salary is just one component of our comprehensive compensation package, which is determined within a range. The base salary for this role is between $165,500 and $248,700, influenced by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
