Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Account Manager. Responsibilities

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Establish priorities while working independently and efficiently.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Drive new business and sales/customer retention.
Requirements

  • Strong, verifiable sales skills/experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
  • Ability to develop leads and prospect new clients through marketing activities such as networking and referrals
  • Competitive personality & the ability to work well with individuals as well as a professional sales team
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
