Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Innovative Benefit Planning. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive experience between our company and our clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage client relationships, ensuring timely renewal processes, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our Underwriting team to analyze and compare RFP responses, and prepare client reports with recommendations.
In addition to client management, you will be responsible for setting up and coordinating group benefit administration services, overseeing client company information, and engaging in regular client communications. You will also be responsible for creating and managing client deliverables, adhering to client workflows, and developing the Annual Service Calendar for clients.

Key Responsibilities- Client Lifecycle Management: Progressive project management for timely renewal processes, collaboration with Underwriting, and analysis of RFP responses.
- Client Implementation: Setting up and coordinating group benefit administration services, overseeing client company information, and engaging in regular client communications.
- Client Communications and Technology: Overseeing and preparing New Hire and Open Enrollment Guides, organizing and leading Open Enrollment Meetings, and supporting the implementation and administration of benefit administrative systems.
- 3-5 years of experience in the Insurance field.
- Current Life & Health License.
- Preferably 1-3 years of experience as an Account Manager.
