We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive to join our team at Innovative Benefit Planning. As a key member of our Employee Benefits Practice, you will be responsible for fortifying and expanding relationships with our clients, ensuring growth and profitability in our Employee Benefits Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic planning and consulting advice to clients, including overseeing efforts in the production of Requests for Proposal (RFP), coordination of vendor responses, analysis and comparison of RFP responses, and preparation of a client report with recommendations.
- Work with all clients' related stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure effective client communication.
- Oversee new client onboarding and annual renewal implementation, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
- Develop and maintain professional business relationships with markets, service providers, and insurance companies.
- Negotiate with vendors regarding contractual rates, reviewing contracts against our organization's performance standards.
- Establish measurements to guarantee the effectiveness of programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Employee Benefits.
- Valid Life and Health Insurance license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of organization and ability to prioritize managing multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines.
