About the Role

Sr. Marketing Specialist


As the Senior Marketing Specialist, you will help lead and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. You'll develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across various channels, working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve our growth goals. This remote individualcontributor role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong operational (hands-on) background in digital marketing, especially in event management and social media support.


Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate all tasks related to hosting marketing events and exhibiting at various industry related conferences. MUST HAVE RECENT EXPERIENCE IN THIS AREA.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, content marketing, email marketing, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Create and manage high-quality content (blog posts, infographics, case studies) for owned and paid channels to educate and engage target audiences about Greenlane's solutions.
  • Manage social media initiatives and work closely with social media agency to provide, strategy, content, and execution to drive strategy and results.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using data analytics tools and recommended data-driven strategies for improvement.
  • Strong research and analysis skills required to evaluate campaign ideation, trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, product, engineering) to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned and supportive of overall business objectives.
  • Perform miscellaneous marketing tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • An attached resume is required
