About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Creative Specialist to join our team at Dycom Industries Inc. As a Marketing Creative Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Manager Creative Marketing in creating innovative and engaging marketing materials for our company and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Production: Assist in the design and production of print and digital materials such as presentations, brochures, event graphics, and more.
  • Image Preparation: Prepare images for use in all creative materials.
  • Print Ready Files: Prepare print-ready files and assist in working with vendors to order materials.
  • Copy Editing: Assist with copy edit and review.
  • Digital Asset Management: Assist in maintaining our digital asset management platform, Brandfolder.
  • Branding: Ensure accurate branding across Dycom and subsidiary materials.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Age: Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Authorization: Have authorization to work in the United States for this company.
  • Software Skills: Be well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Education: Hold a Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a similar field, or have at least 3 years of equivalent experience.
  • Graphic Design Principles: Have knowledge of graphic design principles such as composition, typography, aesthetics, and color.
  • Multi-Tasking: Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Have strong attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal skills and be a team player.
  • Communication Skills: Have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Video Production: Experience with video production is helpful but not required.
