ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Matthew Olson - State Farm Agent, you will be working for a Top Rated State Farm Agent in Minnesota We successfully market the insurance and financial products that manage everyday risks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be able to obtain relevant insurance licenses (Property, Casualty, Life, Accident & Health).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to work in a close-knit office environment
- Four-day (4) work week (after training period)
