ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Matthew Olson - State Farm Agent, you will be working for a Top Rated State Farm Agent in Minnesota We successfully market the insurance and financial products that manage everyday risks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be able to obtain relevant insurance licenses (Property, Casualty, Life, Accident & Health).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Excellent organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Ability to work in a close-knit office environment
