As a key member of the Matthew Olson - State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in helping customers manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our clients, and we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Account Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Must be able to obtain relevant insurance licenses (Property, Casualty, Life, Accident & Health).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Ability to work in a close-knit office environment.
