You Will:

- Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to align business development efforts with overarching growth strategies.
- Work in tandem with the team of Account Managers to support client needs and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Develop and execute creative and strategic plans to maximize revenue generation and market penetration.
- Utilize budget management skills to allocate resources effectively and achieve desired outcomes.
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and objectives, while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Key Performance Outcomes
- Successfully expand organizational footprint into green territories
- Generate leads and opportunities that lead to expected pipeline growth of $4M-$6M
- Manage travel/partnership/event budget effectively to maximize spend while staying under the threshold
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Must reside in the Kansas City metropolitan area
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time; travel will vary by the season
- Ability to self-manage with minimal oversight while meeting all KPIs and organizational expectations
