Job DescriptionJob DescriptionASR International has an opportunity for a Program Manager to support the day-to-day operations at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Potomac River Test Range in Dahlgren, VA. NSWCDD provides comprehensive and dedicated support to the Navy of research, development, test and evaluation, analysis, systems engineering, integration and certification of complex naval warfare systems and fleet support.

Location: Dahlgren, VAJob Description:
  • Provide project management support throughout program life cycle, from concept development and formulation through initial system design, development, and deployment.
  • This shall include
    • technical assistance,
    • procurement assistance,
    • action item and milestone planning,
    • project tracking,
    • status tracking, and
    • planning meeting participation.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and will be required to obtain a DOD SECRET Clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
  • Ten (10) years of management experience, with at least five (5) years involving Federal Government programs.
  • Proven ability to lead and direct challenging projects and execute Assignments independently within the scope of the contract.
  • The Program Manager shall have demonstrated experience providing administrative oversight, corporate management, and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction.

The salary range provided for this role is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
