As a lead program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding software development. The Navy client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the naval market, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. This is your chance to impact naval systems while sharing your knowledge and expertise of program management methodologies.

You Have:

  • 15+ years of experience with project management
  • 10+ years of experience working on DoD programs
  • 5+ years of experience in DoD program management
  • 5+ years of experience with supporting the DoD acquisition life-cycle
  • Experience with managing software delivery projects
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience as a lead architect, business analyst, or agile portfolio manager
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps techniques, continuous integration, continuous testing, continuous deployment, trade studies and analysis of alternatives, and development of end-to-end solution deployment across environments
  • Ability to identify risks proactively, recommend mitigating actions, and drive them to resolution
  • CompTIA Security+ or IAT II 8570 Certification
  • PMP or Agile Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
