Program Analyst, Mid
The Opportunity:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your project management and analysis skills to develop a project from concept to completion? A program requires a significant investment of limited resources. With that level of complexity, you need to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of DoD. You'll work with program leadership to review contracts, project cost accounting, and tactical planning using tools like MS Project, Excel, and Visio and regular interactions with highly technical teams. This is a chance to directly impact a meaningful mission while growing your skills in program strategy.

In this role, you will work in a cross-functional team that delivers high-quality outputs on time and within budget. You'll work directly with the client to assist with developing and executing research and development projects. You will prepare program documentation, including statements of work, program plans, work breakdown structure, and briefings. You'll prepare project reporting deliverables and technical status reports. You will work with clients and teams to develop and monitor large project schedules and the program's execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. You'll develop and manage program roadmaps, plans, and schedules to meet the goals and objectives of the program office. Finally, you will interface with the client or internal program management on scheduling issues relevant to the assigned program and prepare and present briefings on schedule status and program health to varying levels of management.

Work with us and help make sure our R&D Warfare Center clients accomplish their goals as we improve future warfighting capabilities.
