Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and organized Service Coordinator to join our team and spearhead the operations of our Mobile Repair Van. As the Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of automotive repair and maintenance services to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule mobile repair appointments with customers, optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on service progress.
  • Liaise with the Mobile Repair Technicians to ensure they have all necessary tools, equipment, and parts for each service appointment.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including customer information, service history, and inventory management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in automotive service coordination or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
