Far Bank Enterprise is seeking a specialized travel professional to join our Fly Water Travel team in the role of Travel Coordinator.

SUMMARY

in Ashland, Oregon, the Travel Coordinator provides professional support with responsibilities including a variety of administrative and travel tasks for the organization to ensure effective and efficient operations. We are a collaborative team with the coordinator position balancing their own tasks while also supporting the needs of staff, vendors and customers. Essential is exercising excellent judgment and discretion when interacting with others and in managing information. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, able to multitask, and has effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, organize and assemble domestic/international travel and trip specific arrangements. This includes Calendar management, travel schedule and coordination with internal and external vendors and customers.
  • Provide effective support to team members and customers through dependable, quick, and accurate problem resolution.
  • Incorporate information to create meaningful and effective documents, spreadsheets, and itineraries using the appropriate MS Office tools, with attention to detail key.
  • Resolve requests successfully providing excellent customer service, while maintaining composure
  • General office duties: filing, mailing, input, database management, answering phones and other tasks as needed.
  • Function effectively with minimal supervision, to prioritize and accomplish multiple, time-constrained tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Experience/Skills:

  • 4+ years of administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service skills which clearly demonstrate a professional, positive, and collaborative attitude
  • Hands on working knowledge of MS Office Suites, inclusive of Excel and Word
  • Experience handling multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to anticipate needs and be proactive in resolving difficulties, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills.
  • Experience planning and organizing schedules and events a plus.

COMPENSATION

  • Full-time hourly position, Monday through Friday
