A front office coordinator is the face of a dental practice That is why we are looking to add a friendly, professional front office coordinator to our team.

We thrive on working as a team and delivering high-quality patient care for our patients, in a family-type atmosphere And we have fun doing it We are a close-knit group who enjoys working together, learning together in continuing education, and even playing together outside of the office. Hours:

Mon-Thurs 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday 8:00am - 1:00pm

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • dental office experience
  • Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and prepare patient charts
  • Provide concierge level customer service while interacting with patients and team members over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication
  • Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and most effective use of exam and treatment rooms
  • Present treatment plans/financial arrangements and collect patient responsibility
  • Manages patient flow to reduce patient wait time
  • Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition
  • Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA
  • other associated front office duties as defined at the office
