internal and external to the organization.• Present data and recommend program improvements to senior leaders.• Execute plans; capture and communicate program status and data in order to maintain current, accurate, program information for the use of stakeholders.• Originate and drive Project Management Office (PMO) continuous improvement activities. Working in partnership with functional leaders, optimize resource allocation to project portfolio across divisions/site.• Continually improve PM processes through lessons learned or other best practice-driven actions.Education, Experience, and Certification:• Advanced degree or Masters in Mechanical Engineering preferred, also, Biomedical Engineering or other engineering discipline.• Excellent interpersonal skills in addition to having the ability to effectively communicate within the
