* Manage data entry within ticketing system

* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Proven experience as an HR Project Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of successful project delivery
* Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices
* Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and ADP along with other HRIS systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with running reports
