We are looking for a dedicated Project Coordinator to support the Operations Manager in administering and coordinating open projects from approval to completion. The Project Coordinator will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and all corresponding managers. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, is self-motivated, and possesses excellent attention to detail. Great communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism are essential. Ultimately, the Project Coordinators duties are to help synchronize all the project components to ensure a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:


  • Assist Operations Manager to ensure that projects are moving forward smoothly and on time.
  • Input and organize project information in Excel spreadsheets for ease of communication within the team.
  • Keep track of all project related paperwork. Ensure that all needed materials are current and properly filed and stored
  • Help manage the project from inception to completion.
  • Track project changes and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Collect information needed for job completion.
  • Communicate timeline changes and new information to team.
  • Delegate tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and assist all team members involved for an efficient workflow.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Foresee issues and communicate them to managers or as needed.
  • Ensure clear communication among the company, clients, and vendors.
  • Arrange and assist team goals, project schedules and new information.
  • Strategize with Operations Manager when needed.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Associates degree in project management, communications, administration, or a similar field is a plus but not necessary.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Teamwork attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
  • Proficient computer skills; well-versed in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Or any combination of education and experience that demonstrates proficiency in performing the job tasks.
