Position Overview

As a Project Coordinator at Bell International Laboratories, you will be instrumental in seamlessly integrating new clients and initiatives into our established frameworks. Your expertise in client interactions will be vital in documenting and managing project engagements, which are critical to this role.

Throughout each project lifecycle, you will serve as the primary liaison between our internal teams and clients, making essential decisions to ensure effective project progression. In instances requiring collaboration across various teams, you will act as the central facilitator, ensuring alignment and cooperative efforts towards common objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and relevant stakeholders to clearly outline project scopes for clients.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of all active projects.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients to build trust and confidence.
  • Engage in business development discussions to articulate our project methodologies and address client queries.
  • Proactively resolve any challenges related to project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure all project personnel receive adequate orientation regarding project scope and deliverables.
  • Lead the administration and customer service functions within the Customer Relationship Management System.
  • Oversee the client onboarding process and facilitate the transition to the coordination team post-approval.
  • Conduct project management meetings to ensure accountability among all stakeholders.
  • Manage and lead our internal project management system effectively.

Client Support

  • Maintain a high standard of personalized client service.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external clients, ensuring consistent support and project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proven experience in analyzing sales data and resolving issues.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organizational accuracy.
  • Capability to work under pressure without supervision to meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication with clients, customers, and all organizational members.
  • Demonstrated people management skills in a sales-oriented environment.
  • Adaptability to changing policies and procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a Project Management or Customer Service setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management, Sales, or Customer Service.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
