SalesBizLab We are is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting various departments within the company

Job: Full time

Pay Range: $950 - $1300 weekly

 Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing emails, and greeting visitors.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Maintain and update office files, records, and databases with accurate information.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
