We are currently looking for a Fleet and Facilities Manager to join us in a Corporate Operations Support role. The Fleet & Facilities Manager will manage all aspects of the PSG Service Fleet Vehicle program and provide facilities management oversight for the Raleigh headquarters building located at 1031 Nowell Road, Raleigh NC.
Fleet Management
- Procure upfit, and configure fleet vehicles for use by service manager and technicians.
- Manage the maintenance, repair, and replacement of the fleet vehicles.
- Manage the electronic tracking of maintenance, performance, repair, etc. to optimize reliability and operating expenses.
- Manage the GPS systems and tracking software for the vehicles.
- Manage vehicle license, registration, and insurance.
Facilities Management
- Perform and/or oversee preventive maintenance activity on building and building systems and grounds.
- Perform minor repairs and upkeep to facility such as small plumbing, electrical, cabinet hardware, and similar type scopes.
- Perform light installation jobs such as hanging TV's and other similar technologies.
- Provide oversight and support to the setup/cleanup activities for the annual Open house event.
- Provide oversight to building modifications, office and office furniture. changes/modifications, and office reconfigurations.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV camera's for facility.
- Schedule and maintain maintenance/fuel for generator.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Must pass drug and background screens
- Solid working knowledge of vehicles adequate to evaluate repair options and maintenance effectiveness.
- Hands on working knowledge of facilities inclusive of preventive maintenance of grounds, building, and building systems.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills to provide timely feedback to internal customers.
- Good business acumen as it relates to effective fleet management and operations. Also applies to effective building oversight and management.
- Effective interpersonal style and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work overhead from ladders
- Ability to bend, climb, pull, push, balance, kneel, twist, and climb stairs and ladders.
Compensation: Salaried position. Pay will depend on skills and experience.
