Position Overview: As a Guest Service Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. This position requires a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Manage work orders for the operations team
  • Guest Assistance: Answer incoming calls and assist with questions and requests
  • Troubleshooting: Provide remote support for mechanical systems, such as fireplaces, Satellite TV, and WIFI
  • Communication: Exhibit professional-level written and oral communication skills
  • Prioritization: Prioritize tasks for yourself and your team
  • Guest Satisfaction: Address guest issues and complaints with empathy and a focus on satisfaction

Experience and Skills:

  • Preferred: Previous guest service and reservations experience
  • Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills, positive interpersonal skills, strong computer and typing skills, excellent listening and comprehension skills
  • Helpful: Previous call-center experience

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: At least one year of front desk or guest service experience
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, reasoning, and motivating abilities
  • Availability: Schedule includes weekends, with possible holiday shifts
