Customer Service Representative

At Big Sky Resort, our Customer Care Center is the primary point of contact for guests and internal departments seeking information on various resort services. We're seeking a skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team and provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance via phone, email, live chat, and voicemail.
Responsibilities- Stay up-to-date on lift access products and services offered by Big Sky Resort.
- Manage and maintain the resort's website, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with the Customer Care Center team to ensure seamless communication and information exchange.
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn about other resort departments.
- Previous experience in guest service or a related field is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with RTP|One and Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent phone, email, and chat customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately is required.
