Office Administrative Assistant Job Description

Join Our Team as a Part Time Office Administrative Assistant

Southeast Nebraska Development District (SENDD) in Lincoln, Nebraska NE is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Maintian updated organizational shared documents and calendars
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing
  • Supply inventory management and ordering
  • Record Keeping
  • Mail distribution
  • Assistance with preparation of various reporting and newslwetter
  • Proof reading
  • Professional correspondence with community partners and staff

Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrative Assistant preferred
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with the following preferred:
    • Quickbooks Online
    • Excel / Google Sheets
    • Google Drive
