Our office is growing and looking to add an enthusiastic, patient centered Treatment Coordinator to our Dental Associates of Madison office

Dental Associates of Madison has been serving the area for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on the long-term relationships established by our patients and employees and strive to make a difference in the community. The ideal candidate will be caring, team-player, and motivated people-person with a strong work ethic and superior customer service skills.

Duties:

  • Greet patients when they arrive at the dentist's office
  • Schedule appointments for patients
  • Maintain patient accounts and records
  • Submit patient claims to insurance companies
  • Assist patients in filling out required intake and medical forms
  • Confirm appointments with patients via phone or email
  • Inform patients of payment options
  • Perform basic accounting tasks such as taking patient payments
  • Update patient insurance information
  • Ensure all dental office equipment is functioning properly
  • Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail
  • Fill schedules
  • Ensure reception area is maintained and professional in appearance

Requirements:

  • Previous dental experience
  • Insurance verification
  • Familiar with account ledgers
  • Collecting payments

Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
