We’re looking for someone who will:

  • Champion missional projects through daily check-ins and weekly meetings, reporting on the progress of tasks, and aligning with team objectives.
  • Serves as a liaison in communication between teams on projects and across the organization.
  • Proven ability to effectively project manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple disciplines. Effectively drives project clarity and communication throughout the entire organization.
  • Provide event support through logistics, planning, and communication.
  • Able to serve Kingdom One ministry clients with PM support and services as part of the Project Management Talent Group.
  • Organize and calendar meetings for the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, restaurant reservations, and event planning during travel.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including email management, credit card reconciliation, and additional tasks as needed.
 

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has 3-5 years of Executive Assistant and/or Project Management experience working in a variety of industries from church, non-profit, and marketplace.
  • Has the flexibility to travel with COO/CVO on a monthly basis or more frequently, as needed.
  • Has sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Is a detail-oriented project manager who loves to serve people and work on a team, is collaborative, and is organized.
  • Prioritizes communication, is detail-oriented, proactive, and takes initiative.
  • Is comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment.
  • Is technology savvy and comfortable with using a variety of systems, including MS Office or G-Suite.
  • HR background is advantageous, but not required.
  • Has a heart for serving the church, loves Jesus, and is excited to grow the capital “C” church.
