Responsibilities

Client Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.

Policy Processing: Handle administrative tasks related to updating policies, managing client information, and processing documentation.

Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Client Engagement: Build rapport and maintain relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized service.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and any relevant information.

Professionalism: Represent the company in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures in all interactions.


Requirements

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage and organize client information and policy details accurately.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Team Player: Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using basic computer programs and systems.


Licensing: Property & Casualty Insurance license will be required after hire
