Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, assist in daily functions, and perform bookkeeping tasks.

Duties:
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and records
- Entry of accounts receivables and payables into Quickbooks
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
-Scan and digitize files and receipts
-Managing the company's accounting processes and ensuring that customer costs are properly accounted for, billed, and Accounts Receivable are collected according to payment terms.
- Assist in transcribing documents and maintaining records
- Support the team with various administrative tasks

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
-A/P, A/R and bookkeeping experience
-Experience with ADP or other payroll processing software
-Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
