Receptionist/administrative Assistant

Receptions/Administrative Assistants are an essential part of SCS Tile's distribution network. They work with customers directly to ensure smooth operations of projects taken on by SCS Tile. They are diligent and can handle high stress situations by going above and beyond to keep timelines on track.
.Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate product category area
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with delivery planning and coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle customer support inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Enter data into invoicing systems
- Requires the ability to move around the store and maneuver merchandise. Must be able to stand/walk. Regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-50 pounds).

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
