Temecula, United States Elite Tax Partners Full time
Job DescriptionJob Description

About Us

Before I tell you about this awesome opportunity, let me introduce myself and my company. My name is Nicole, and I founded Elite Tax Partners because I realized something crucial was missing in the traditional model—heart. Dissatisfied with the impersonal approach of larger firms, I set out to build a company where values are not just talked about but lived and breathed in every interaction. I wanted to create a business-driven not by profits but by purpose.

Our values are simple yet powerful: grit, community, and integrity. Grit means rolling up our sleeves and doing whatever it takes to get the job done, even when it's hard. Community is about giving back and supporting each other, both inside and outside the office. Integrity is non-negotiable—we do what we say we'll do, no matter what.

But it's not just about what we stand for—it's also about what we stand against. We're on a mission to fight against corporate greed, where profits come before people, and shareholders matter more than employees. We believe in putting our team and clients first, always. We know that when our clients thrive, our communities thrive.

We understand that if we want a better world, it starts with us. We're committed to giving back through both financial contributions and boots-on-the-ground community outreach. Whether it's volunteering our time or resources, we're dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the community we love.

If you're looking for more than just a job—if you want to be part of something bigger, where your work has purpose and your voice is heard—join us at Elite Tax Partners. Together, we're rewriting the story of what it means to be a tax firm, one client, one community at a time.

Office Administrative Assistant - Flexible Position

Our company is growing rapidly, and we need a right-hand person to help us get things done. When wrapping up a meeting, we need assistance with follow-ups and notes. This means you need to listen carefully, take diligent notes, draft great emails, and be willing to hold people accountable.

We keep a tidy ship here at Elite. We need someone who can help organize, sort through, and file both physical and digital piles of paperwork—and be able to find these files days or even months later when they are needed. You must be patient, organized, and have a great memory.

Our office is busy, and sometimes we travel for work, seminars, etc. We need someone to help fuel our cars, attend to personal errands, and return the unnecessary things we purchased on Amazon. This means you need to be able to drive, complete errands efficiently, and become best friends with the clerk at Mail Mart.

Emails come in at the speed of light, and our days are booked from dawn till dusk. We need someone who can get familiar with our business, as well as our friends and family. We are buried in our daily work tasks, so it’s no wonder we forget to buy that special birthday gift or need to change a flight last minute. You will need to learn who and what is important to us and be able to make decisions independently to get these “need this done yesterday” tasks knocked off our to-do list.

  • Do we set the bar high? Yes.
  • Are our directions always clear? No.
  • Can you read minds? I sure hope so.
  • Will you have the support of a fantastic team? Yes.
  • Will you be making an impact both with our clients and in our community? Definitely.

We have worked tirelessly to implement the best policies, procedures, and systems to keep our business running efficiently. As we grow, this has become an ever-evolving process. We adapt as we go. We need a quick thinker who can contribute ideas to our evolving procedures and help create the best systems for us and clients.

The Office Administrative Assistant position at Elite Tax Partners offers flexibility in both scheduling and employment status. This means that the hours and days of work can be tailored to accommodate both the needs of the executive and the preferences of the candidate. Whether you're seeking part-time or full-time employment, we're open to discussing arrangements that suit both parties. We understand the importance of work-life balance and are committed to providing a supportive and adaptable work environment.

The person to fill this position will be integral to our team, and hiring the right person for this role is very important to us. If all of this sounds amazing to you, please apply here to begin the interview process.

The Office Administrative Assistant’s primary role is to support the Founding Partner with organizational tasks within the firm and their personal life, allowing them to refocus time and energy on growing the firm. Additionally, the Office Administrative Assistant will receive firm-related tasks from the Director of Operations.
