Urban Dwell Architects is in search of a dedicated Executive Administrative Coordinator to support the Architect of record.

  • Conducts a variety of clerical and administrative functions for the Architect.
  • Drafts and prepares professional correspondence.
  • Evaluates and approves materials as necessary.
  • Revises documents produced by other team members.
  • Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Ensures confidentiality and manages access to sensitive information, including personnel files.
  • Addresses inquiries and information requests that require an understanding of departmental and organizational policies.
  • Serves as an internal resource for staff regarding departmental and organizational procedures.
  • Oversees administrative responsibilities related to scheduling, coordinating meetings, and organizing events.
  • Collaborates with vendors for services, prepares meeting agendas, compiles supporting documentation, and supervises the production and distribution of related materials.
  • Manages office operations effectively.
  • Schedules, assigns, and oversees workload by setting appropriate deadlines.

Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's degree
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience
