- Conducts a variety of clerical and administrative functions for the Architect.
- Drafts and prepares professional correspondence.
- Evaluates and approves materials as necessary.
- Revises documents produced by other team members.
- Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
- Ensures confidentiality and manages access to sensitive information, including personnel files.
- Addresses inquiries and information requests that require an understanding of departmental and organizational policies.
- Serves as an internal resource for staff regarding departmental and organizational procedures.
- Oversees administrative responsibilities related to scheduling, coordinating meetings, and organizing events.
- Collaborates with vendors for services, prepares meeting agendas, compiles supporting documentation, and supervises the production and distribution of related materials.
- Manages office operations effectively.
- Schedules, assigns, and oversees workload by setting appropriate deadlines.
Willingness to travel to various locations as needed.

Qualifications:
- Education: Associate's degree
