Overview:

As a Sr. Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to several executives and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries

- Coordinate and organize company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities

- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical

- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed

- Process and track invoices and expenses

- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the executive team

Qualifications:

- Associates Degree is required, but a Bachelor's Degree is preferred

- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting a team of Directors/Executives

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
