About the Role

Champion & Nash HVAC is looking for a Direct Sales Representative to join the Door 2 Door Energy Awareness Team. This person will be integral in reshaping the way HVAC customers are acquired. Brand Ambassadors will be a foundational member of our D2D team, with the unique opportunity to mold and guide our program to success. This person will have the opportunity to build their own team, boosting their earning potential even further. This is a full-time role that will report into the Production Manager and be based out of our growing Spring, TX office.

What You'll Do

  • Follow-up and track leads by coordinating with Inside Sales Teammates
  • Knock on 100+ doors daily
  • Entry Level Team Members will secure 5+ consultations per Project Managers, Elite Level Team Members will secure 10+
  • Categorize homes in the target area using the #1 door knocking app Spotio
  • Make outbound calls regarding missed consultations
  • Follow up meetings with Project Managers about previous system replacement consultations
  • Create Hatch Campaigns to follow up with Homeowners
  • Daily Role Playing, Door 2 Door skill sets, with other Champion & Nash teammates
  • The hours are 12pm-8pm Monday-Friday with availability on Saturdays (twice a month minimum) and Sundays as needed
  • Educate Home-Owners on why a consultation is the best choice
  • Learn the art of overcoming objections by taking advantage of the Elite Training provided by a team of staff dedicated to their long term success
  • Always maintain a professional image by wearing company approved apparel
  • Address any resistance, negotiate value and close the sale
  • Complete all paperwork accurately and timely on all leads
  • Maintain a lead generation ratio of 33% or higher
  • Must be always accessible by phone, other than scheduled vacations
  • Participate in all company sponsored training classes
  • Always maintain a courteous demeanor with customers and associates
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

We'd Love To Hear From You If You Have

  • We're looking for candidates with one year of door-to-door appointment setting experience
  • NO Experience, NO Problem. We have world class training to help you learn more about this industry
  • Strong relationship building skills, customer focused, want to learn and improve daily
  • All candidates must have a valid drivers license and successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle report to maintain the safety and integrity of the team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills
  • Function in a team environment
  • This role is paid entirely commission or hourly + commission

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

  • 10% Office environment, 10% Travel time and 80% Outside environment
  • Standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and reaching
  • Wind, Rain, Heat or Snow We still GO
  • Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds
  • Able to work under stressful conditions
  • Willing to work extended hours, nights or weekends, if needed
  • Ability to walk long distances in adverse weather conditions
