Job Title: Scaffolding Sales Representative

Manufacturing company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scaffolding Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating the sale of shoring and scaffolding material in a designated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals, handle customer inquiries and objections, and negotiate advantageous terms of sale.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure alignment with company and branch sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business or sales preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with customers.
  • Ability to analyze and process information, and prepare timely and accurate proposals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent command of English, with Spanish a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
