Call Center Representative

Job Summary: The Call Center Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing customers with information, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary range:
$18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
- Provide product and service information.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
