Boston, United States Smartcat Full time
Job DescriptionJob Description

Smartcat is on a mission to become the wall-to-wall Language AI platform of choice, addressing the diverse needs in multilingual content for various user personas within global enterprises.

Smartcat is uniquely positioned within the $50 billion translation industry, currently served by approximately 50,000 agencies. This results in a highly fragmented and inefficient supply chain, often with more than two intermediaries between a buyer and the final linguist. Enterprises that rely on translation services have traditionally used the largest translation agencies, leading to a complex and lengthy supply chain and resulting in high costs, unacceptable turnaround times, and issues with quality.

Smartcat offers a high ROI alternative: language AI platform for corporate end-users that delivers high-quality, instantaneous AI translations, or generates new content in any language by tapping into a customer-specific, multilingual content library. The AI output is further refined through human editing by the client's internal reviewers or experts from an embedded global marketplace of linguists and editors. This AI output continuously improves through the editing feedback loop, ensuring consistent and customer-tailored results.

More than 1,000 global companies including 25% of the Fortune 500 trust Smartcat to communicate their innovations and ideas all over the world.

Despite the economic recession, Smartcat is growing at 130% YoY, thanks to the high and quick ROI it delivers to global enterprises. It's well-funded, having raised >$40M from notable VCs, and is capital efficient, offering a unique blend of hyper-growth potential with downside protection and the capacity for long-term planning and strategy.

Yet, we are just beginning to tap into the full potential of our PLG/SLG motion through carefully planned and executed product marketing programs to generate meetings and pipeline.

Your mission will be to accelerate pipeline and ARR growth through the development and execution of product marketing programs to triple our pipeline over the next 12 to 18 months.

Experience with GTM, messaging, positioning, customer research, competitive analysis and driving product adoption within product marketing programs will be critical to your success along with strong data and analytical skills to measure success.

  • Innovating the $50 Billion-old industry
Smartcat's innovative business model taps into this $50B language translation industry with a platform allowing enterprise end users to stop using traditional outsourcing and enjoy easy-to-use AI-powered SaaS that delivers immediate high-quality results at a fraction of the cost.
