Mission

We have one of the highest growth rates and lowest churn rates of paying customers business in the language industry. Our activation rate has seen consistent growth, more than doubling the number of new ARR contracts year-over-year for the past three years. Yet, we are just beginning to tap into the full potential of our PLG/SLG motion through carefully planned and executed product marketing programs to generate meetings and pipeline.

Your mission will be to accelerate pipeline and ARR growth through the development and execution of product marketing programs to triple our pipeline over the next 12 to 18 months.

Experience with GTM, messaging, positioning, customer research, competitive analysis and driving product adoption within product marketing programs will be critical to your success along with strong data and analytical skills to measure success.

Outcomes

  1. Develop the product marketing playbook and plan for 2024-2025.
  2. Articulate a path to increase adoption of products to achieve both our NSM, pipeline and ARR targets.
  3. Craft impactful messaging across our various use cases and personae that drives sales & orchestrate activities between product, marketing and sales to drive awareness, trial, adoption, usage and expansion of Smartcat's products.
  4. Build a product marketing function that consistently leverages insights from the market and from customers to elevate the product roadmap

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Experience with GTM motions to large enterprise accounts, preferably to HR or learning & development teams
  • An understanding of both PLG and sales-led GTM tactics to execute go-to-market plans across the appropriate mix of channels
  • Enjoy writing unique and compelling content for a diverse set of influencer and executive decision-maker personae
  • Be able to spot opportunities to improve, and have a keen understanding of how to translate customer needs and market demand into messaging, content, and sales enablement to help us meet our key results around revenue, adoption, and expansion
  • Thrive on teamwork and experience building relationships with peers and stakeholders across marketing, product, sales, and more
  • Have worked to deliver campaigns that move the needle and turn heads in the market
  • Experience making data-driven decisions and tracking campaign performance to drive the best results
  • Can translate projects and initiatives into business impact
  • Ability to gather and relay valuable feedback from enterprise customers to our product and marketing teams.
  • Desire to work in a fast-moving rocketship, own and design programs, and make a meaningful impact on the success of the business.
