I've been tasked by my client in the Digital Health space to find a strong Product Marketing Manager with a background in digital health and experience with health engagement platforms.


The company are a fast-growing digital health company offering a cutting-edge health engagement platform designed to improve patient outcomes and enhance healthcare experiences. Their platform combines innovative technology, data-driven insights, and personalized healthcare solutions to engage users in their health journey.


As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in positioning the teams health engagement platform in the market. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling messaging and marketing strategies, driving product adoption, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the success of their platform. This is a remote role within the US, offering flexibility while working closely with their product, sales, and marketing teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Positioning & Messaging: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the health engagement platform, focusing on unique value propositions that resonate with target audiences, including healthcare providers, payers, and patients.
  • Product Launches: Plan and lead product launches, working with product management, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth execution and maximize market impact.
  • Content Development: Create high-impact product marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, white papers, case studies, website content, and sales enablement tools.
  • Customer Research & Insights: Understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to refine product positioning and inform product development.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide the sales team with tools, training, and content that effectively communicates the value of our platform, helping to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign effectiveness, and adjust marketing strategies to meet company goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management, business development, and clinical teams to align product features and messaging with customer needs and market demands.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and stay up to date on digital health trends to guide positioning and marketing tactics.
  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the customer success team to gather feedback, build case studies, and create stories that demonstrate the platform’s impact on patient engagement and healthcare outcomes.


Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably within digital health or life sciences.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing digital platforms or technology solutions.
  • Experience in health engagement platforms or patient-focused solutions is a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to inform marketing decisions and measure success.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulations (HIPAA, etc.) in marketing healthcare technology.
  • Understanding of patient engagement, healthcare systems, and payer/provider ecosystems.
