We are looking for a mission driven Member Liaison and Training Specialist to join our team

The Heartland Network Member Liaison/Training Specialist conducts and supports Primary Health Centers (PHC) on all elements of the electronic health and dental records and associated tools with a focus on training and creating content for our members in the Heartland Network. Manages the learning and professional development of users of the NextGen Electronic Health Record System. The Trainer imparts the understanding, practical skills and motivation to use the system and assist each health center to be successful in training its new staff in the areas of Nextgen pertinent to their respective roles.


This is a full-time remote position. The schedule will be 40 hours per week; generally, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, or related field, OR current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse required.

- Experience working as a trainer and in a clinical environment preferred.

- Experience with Electronic Health Records required.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.
