Job Title: Training Specialist

Project Harmony is seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and coordinating training programs for child welfare professionals, school personnel, and community members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop training curricula on topics such as trauma, secondary trauma, and child welfare.
  • Deliver training sessions to various audiences, including child welfare professionals, school personnel, and community members.
  • Coordinate training initiatives with external trainers and internal personnel.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the Project Harmony service area.
  • Evaluate training needs and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in teaching, training, or a related field.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
