Job Title: Member Liaison and Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Liaison and Training Specialist to join our team at OneWorld Community Health Centers Inc. This is a full-time remote position that requires a strong background in health informatics, clinical training, and electronic health records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and support Primary Health Centers (PHCs) on all elements of the electronic health and dental records and associated tools.
  • Manage the learning and professional development of users of the NextGen Electronic Health Record System.
  • Impart the understanding, practical skills, and motivation to use the system and assist each health center to be successful in training its new staff in the areas of Nextgen pertinent to their respective roles.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, or related field, or current licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse required.
  • Experience working as a trainer and in a clinical environment preferred.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records required.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.
