Administrative Assistant

Role:
- Tasks will involve data entry, answering phones, mail sorting, timesheet adjustment/review, document scanning/sorting/digital filing.
- Enterprise Software fluency: Accounting, document management, contracting.
- Sage Software Suites, Sage 300 Construction & Real Estate, Sage Paperless Construction Document Management, Microsoft 365.
- Drafting subcontracts, purchase orders, vendor proposal procurement, bid package coordinating, construction plan & specification organization .
- Invoice cost coding, accounts receivable, accounts payable.
- Communicating with potential clients over project leads, help finding or pursuing client leads.
- Social Media Company Promotion skills, helping us brainstorm to discover potential new client leads. Open up communication and relationships with potential new clients within our work radius.
Requirements:
- Construction and Entry Level Accounting experience a plus.
- Customer Relationship/Management Skills.
- Marketing Skills and Experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Engages in efficient time management to ensure tasks are prioritized based on importance and urgency.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours.
